Spicy Prawns With Chilli And Cucumber

0.25 teaspoon
Hot Chilli Powder
2 tablespoons
Creme Fraiche

Tiger Prawns
4 teaspoons

Method
Cook and peel the tiger prawns.
Peel and cut the cucumbers lengthwise then remove the seeds with a spoon and cut flesh into 1cm pieces.
Melt some butter in a frying pan until it sizzles. Then add the cucumber pieces and cook for 2 minutes.
Add grated ginger, chilli and lime juice and cook for a further minute.
Finally add the prawns, coriander and the creme fraiche.
Stir all together and serve immediately.
