Butter Icing
Ingredients
- 100 g White Vegetable Fat
- 25 g Margarine
- 14 ml Double Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 200 g Icing Sugar
Method
- Beat the vegatable fat.
- Add the margarine and beat.
- Add the cream and vanilla and mix.
- Add half the icing sugar and mix for 5 mins on a low/med speed.
- Add more sugar until desired consisentcy is reached.
