Method
- Rub the self raising flour and margarine together.
- Stir in the sugar and sultanas.
- Stir in the egg.
- Add the milk a little at a time until the mixture sticks together and is a bit soggy.
- Spoon the mixture into heaps onto a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Variations
You can use other dried fruit instead of sultanas.
