Shortbread
I use a large tray measuring 32x19cm. If you use a smaller tray then you may need to adjust the cooking time.

Cooking temperature: 160°C
Ingredients
- 200 g Unsalted Butter
- 100 g Caster Sugar
- 275 g Plain Flour
Method
- Cream the butter and sugar together and then mix in the flour to make a dough.
- Press into your tray and bake for 20-25 mins.
