Overnight Oat Mix

I make these in little pots that serve 2 - just because there are 2 of us. I also store the pots of dry ingredients in the fridge because the milled flaxseed should be kept refrigerated. If you prefer to save space in your fridge, you could leave out the flaxseed and then I see no reason you couldn't store them at room temperature until you add the milk.

Ingredients

  • 35 g Oats
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Protein Isolate
  • 2 teaspoons Milled Flaxseed
  • 130 ml Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Greek Yoghurt


Method

  1. Measure out the dry ingredients into pots and store in the fridge. I do this at the start of the week.
  2. The night before, add the milk and put back into the fridge.
  3. Stir in the yoghurt just before serving. Add nuts, dried fruits... whatever you fancy on the day!
